Pregnancy yoga
A pregnancy is a magical experience, because a baby grows in your belly. During pregnancy yoga you learn to feel what you and your baby need, which increases confidence in your body and in your own wisdom.
In the sessions postures, breathing exercises and relaxation are discussed and these focus on 3 themes: strength, concentration and relaxation.
You can register per series (subscribing for lessons apart can be discussed individually). You can start at any time, within a serie. Each lesson uses the same lesson structure, so that you can always follow.

You don't have to have experience with yoga. You can start from 13 weeks of pregnancy and you can participate until your delivery.
If you deliver earlier, a refund will be done.
